The finishing touches of any room can make all the difference to its overall appearance. Many homes and commercial premises penny pinch on door surrounds. If you're looking to achieve a style which strays from the mainstream 2" pencil round timber moulding, we have the answer.
Various polyurethane Architrave and Skirting designs are
available. Most feature cavities which can be used to hide unsightly wires. Choose from the Axxent SX models for ultimate knock resistance, or the Decor range where skirtings are likely to receive only
occasional knocks.
Exciting new pre-finished skirtings have just become available, for those who wish to enjoy all the style and quality of our existing skirtings,
but without the need for decorating. Choose between traditional white gloss finish, or wood effect in either light oak or mahogany. Either wood effect will compliment a home that has wood effect PVCu window frames,
and bring colour into any room. Choose between the 100mm high SX.137 range, or for deeper cover the 140mm high SX.138 range. All pre-finished skirtings are supplied in 2.4 metre lengths.
Whichever you select, the
product will not warp, crack or rot conventional wood or MDF skirting board. If these Architrave and Skirting options are not elaborate enough, why not select from our various other
panel mouldings which, when used in tiers, can be used to fashion individual ornate architraves of your own choosing.
Recommendations - Always use Decofix Pro for installation, with Orac Extra Fix to secure butt and mitre joints.
Adhesives - the range of Orac adhesives and fillers can be found on the Adhesives page. Please be aware that installation of Orac products with non-Orac adhesives may invalidate the warranty.
